Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Select a preferred date for our nominated courier service to collect the parcel directly from your doorstep at no additional cost for valid returns.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
